  • Make payments as per agreed terms

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Project-Based Payments

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoices.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of work.

4.2 Maintenance Subscription Payments

  • Maintenance services may be billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis.
  • Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Maintenance subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Development Services: Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Maintenance Subscriptions:
    • No refunds for partial billing periods.
    • You may cancel future renewals as per the cancellation policy stated in your subscription plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are overdue
  • Illegal or unethical activities are detected

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
